Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you haven’t yet activated your product. Once you activate your product or let 14 days pass, you waive your right to a refund. Subject to the discretion of our support team, we may also offer a refund if you have technical issues; however such issues are rare to non-existent if you're on a supported platform/DAW. Our first approach will therefore be to help you fix any technical issues.

If you wish to get a refund, please email support@babyaud.io with the following information: your order number and the email address used when placing your order.

We process eligible refund requests within 48 hours and will issue the refund to the credit card/PayPal account used when placing your order. You should allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear back in your account.

Please note: All our plugins have free trials if you wish to check their functionality/sound before making a purchase.
