Yes - log into our user portal to unlock loyalty discounts for individual plugins and our complete bundle.

You can log into our user portal to access your order history, plugin installers, license keys, and loyalty discounts.

When you make a purchase you will receive an email prompting you to create your account / sign into the portal. Please double check the email you are signing in with is the same as the email used for the order. Multiple emails can be linked within one account in our portal.

Orders placed through the Baby Audio website are fulfilled by FastSpring and the license keys will automatically display in your account dashboard.

Orders placed through third party resellers are accessed via the respective dealer's website. License keys acquired via 3rd party sites can be manually added to your account dashboard.

You can activate our plugins on up to three computers. Please note that license keys are personal. Multiple activations are only allowed on computers owned by the same user.

If you run out of activations or get an error message, we can provide additional activations manually for your own personal use. Please write us at support@babyaud.io — we aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Our plugins are compatible with both Mac and PC/Windows systems. They come in VST, VST3, AU and AAX (64-bit) versions. You can use them within any major DAW software on the market.

More information on plugin compatibility can be found on the individual product pages. The best way to ensure compatibility on your computer is to download the free trial availalble for all of our plugins.

We don’t offer offline activation since the activation process is dependent on verifying your license key with our servers. If you have trouble activating online, please write us at support@babyaud.io

If you’re a student/teacher in the field of music or audio engineering we offer a discount across our plugins and bundles. Please write us at support@babyaud.io and attach proof of educational status (copy of student ID or similar). We’ll then send you a personal coupon code.

If you’ve purchased a plugin license, you can transfer it to another user subject to an administration fee of $20 per license transfer. Contact support@babyaud.io if you wish to transfer a license.

Please note that if you received your plugin for free (“Not For Resale” license), you are not allowed to transfer it. NFR licenses are for personal use only.
