Baby Audio Inc. d/b/a BABY AUDIO’s (“Baby Audio”) products are subject to Baby Audio’s EULA and Privacy Policy. In addition, the third-party libraries listed below, either in whole or in part, are included in some of BABY AUDIO’s products, subject to their respective license agreements but only to the extent such respective related third-party library or their portions are incorporated into Baby Audio’s respective software (as applicable):
